Please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly and carefully. Availing of any service from MultiTravels™ is subject to complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below:

General Terms

• MultiTravels™ serves as a facilitator for visa processing and related services on behalf of clients, working with relevant consulates and authorities.
• By using our services, clients agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for the information they provide.
• Clients must be of legal age and provide accurate, truthful information for the processing of their applications. MultiTravels™ is not responsible for verifying legal identity.

Service Usage and Privacy

• Clients consent to the collection and use of personal data for visa processing and related services, such as logistics consultation and relationship management.
• Personal data such as identification documents, passport details, bank statements, and other necessary documents will be stored securely by MultiTravels™.
• For further details on how we manage and protect your data, please refer to the Data Consent Form.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

• MultiTravels™ ensures the strict confidentiality and security of all personal information provided by clients.
• Collected data will be used solely for the intended purposes, and access will be restricted to authorized personnel.
• Data will be retained securely for the necessary duration and may be kept for life unless legal requirements mandate otherwise.
• Clients waive the right to legal claims regarding data use, as long as it complies with the purposes defined in the consent agreement.

Online Visa Application System

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required information is accurate when completing online forms or uploading documents.
• MultiTravels™ will not be held liable for errors in service selection, incorrect document uploads, or payment processing errors.

Payment & Refund Policies

Service fees are clearly outlined on the MultiTravels™ website and must be fully paid before the service begins. Clients may choose to settle payments via cash, card, bank transfer, internet/mobile banking, or other payment gateways.

• Online payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway facilitator.
• Additional charges/taxes may apply to online payments, which are outside MultiTravels™ service charges.
• Once payment is made and a tracking ID is generated, the client has engaged MultiTravels™ services. Services are non-refundable after engagement.

Liability and Responsibility

• The client is responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of their visa upon issuance.
• MultiTravels™ is not liable for any consequences due to the client's breach of visa terms, including overstays.
• MultiTravels™ assumes no responsibility for delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party services, such as couriers or consulates.

Complaints Handling

All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of recognizing an issue. Complaints should be in writing and will be addressed by MultiTravels™ management as quickly as possible.

Amendments and Updates

MultiTravels™ reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
